God wants to use you to make a difference.

Whether you’re good with numbers, words, technology, or people, God wants to use your gifts and skills to make a difference. There are always opportunities for you to serve at St. Mark’s—no matter where you are in your faith journey.

Serve at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church

One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to serve the local church. And it’s not just on the weekends! Serving opportunities are available seven days a week.

Host Teams

Scripture tells us that by helping others feel welcome, some have entertained angels without knowing it.  Our host teams seek to make everyone feel welcome at St. Mark’s.

Welcome Team

As a member of the Welcome Team, you’ll create a comfortable environment so people are more open to receive God’s truth. Serve during worship and special events as a greeter, usher, parking attendant, or cookie-bearer.

Wednesday Night Live!

Each Wednesday at 6:00 pm from September through May, we provide a home-cooked meal and time of prayer for the entire community. Opportunities include cooking, serving, cleaning, and visiting with our neighbors.
