You did not choose me but I chose you.” John 15:16
In Baptism, God chooses you.
Think about what that means!
God chooses you. You … with all your faults, foibles, and failings. God knows them all – and he loves you and chooses you.
In Baptism, God makes a promise to you. The eternal promise that he will always love you, always choose you, always forgive you, and that his Holy Spirit will always be with you.
Baptism is the fresh start of your relationship with God. It is the beginning of your new life as a child of God. In Baptism, God chooses you to be a part of his family.
