In 2024, mission teams from St. Mark’s Lutheran Church partnered with the residents of the Brim Road Mobile Home Court and Dayspring Church for one day mission trips. The work was done to help residents who have physical limitations make repairs on exterior entry ways to improve safety. When Misti, one of the residents, first walked up onto her new deck, she felt an overwhelming sense of joy and excitement. She said she wanted to dance on it! It was truly a God moment for her, feeling the sturdy construction beneath her feet and realizing the blessing of a safe and beautiful space to enjoy. We give thanks for friendship and fellowship with our neighbors on Brim Road. More mission trips will be planned in the near future.
