Personal Safety and Self Defense Class

Personal Safety and Self Defense Class presented by the Bowling Green Police Department.  Sponsored by the St. Mark’s Safety Team.

• Ages 12 and up (Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
• Participation with hands on techniques is encouraged but not mandatory
